Case Studies
The Gap: The brand had genuinely rare proof points — USDA Organic, WHO GMP, ISO certifications, QR-traceable origin down to the farm, a free metabolic health assessment tool, a tree-planted-per-purchase program. But the site presented all of it the way a commodity grocery brand would: category tiles, product SKUs, and certification logos stacked at the bottom of the page — evidence with no argument holding it together. A visitor could see the brand was serious. They couldn't feel why it mattered before scrolling past ten products to find out.
What We Rebuilt:Moved the proof forward. Traceability, lab testing, and certifications were rebuilt as a five-step "verifiable story" (Origin → Processing → Lab Testing → Expiry Management → You) placed early in the journey, so skepticism gets answered before the first "Add to Basket."
Turned the free metabolic assessment from a lead-gen popup into the site's central proof mechanism — the thing that lets a stranger experience the brand's core claim (this isn't guesswork, it's measurable) instead of just reading it.
What Changed: Visitors stopped experiencing the brand as "another healthy snacks store" and started experiencing it as a diagnosis with a shelf attached — the certifications finally read as evidence for a claim, not decoration on a product page.
